As you drive through the Shrine’s gates, on your left you see the Outdoor Stations of the Cross Garden. Statues of the Holy Family welcome pilgrims at the foot of the garden. The beautiful example of their home in Nazareth was meant to be a model for each of our families.
The life-size Crucifix was made by a former Board Member and artist Kurt Klein and the wooden shrines housing each Station were handmade by members of the ministry. The walkway is adorned by customized brick pavers with a special message or in honor of a loved one.
